The location was good and the rooms were clean and well maintained.mahakal mandir is on the back side of the hotel so with 2 min walk you can get kanchanjanga view .
There was no room heater provided. Food options were less.

View from the room was just superb, we could see the mountains and the tea valleys and also a part of kanchenjunga as well. Location is good, and room was really nice, with sitting area, where we could relax and enjoy our hot coffee with such amazing view.
Hot water wasn't available throughout the day.. only from 7am to 11am and from 7pm to 11pm.. considering their charges and being a 4star hotel. I guess Hot water availability should be throughout the day atleast in winters.

Water heater at fixed timings but unfortunately hot water is not available on time given and have to wait.
