This is a peaceful eco studio apartment perched above the pristine white sands and crystal clear waters at Hyams Beach.
Ideal for couples, this new stand alone studio has a modern kitchen and bathroom, laundry facilities, bbq area, free WiFi and a 55" 4K TV.
The deck is north facing with extensive water views. It is literally two minutes walk from the beach. It captures warm sun in winter and cool afternoon breezes in summer.
Hyams Beach Eco Cottage is solar powered, uses solar hot water and rainwater for the washing machine and toilet, doing its bit to preserve the beautiful environment in which it is set. For the more active guests you have access to the Scribbly Gum and White Sands walking tracks in beautiful Jervis Bay National Park. You don't have to go far to enjoy the wildlife with birds feeding on the deck and kangaroos visiting the property regularly. The Hyams Beach Cafe/Restaurant is a short walk away.
Guests have exclusive access to the studio and BBQ area. Off street parking is available at the top of the driveway.The steep driveway is not suitable for wheelchairs or for people with significant mobility issues. A free late check out may be available if there are no incoming tenants that day.

Lovely self contained holiday home with gorgeous views. It had everything you needed and more. The beaches were wonderful! Bill and Jenny were great hosts - would recommend this place.

Good spot with a stunning view of Hyams. Place was very clean and cozy. Great getaway for 2 people.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Such a great location to explore the stunning Hyams Beach and Jervis Bay Area! The room was clean and well appointed, the bed comfortable and the views from the balcony amazing! It felt even more special to see two kangaroos on the front lawn at sunset! The bird food was a nice touch and was enjoyed by the cockatoo and king parrots who also stopped by to say hello. We definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day!
