There is also a range of local activities to experience like dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, kayaking and paddle boarding.
Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds however, this property does not provide linen you will need to bring it with you. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats. Linen hire is available from a local supplier.

The property is great. Remember to bring linen and towels. A little bit of noise from guests in adjoining accommodation as their front door is right next to bedroom window. Otherwise it was a relaxing place to unwind and lovely surrounds.

The property has great aspects to the water and trees from the windows and balcony and is within walking distance to shops and it's right on the beach and walking track to white sands beaches walk. It's bright and spacious for three adults.
Decor is quite basic, no fuss or frills. Some of the furniture is a bit dated and could be fresher, eg the sofas. Also there could be some instructions at the property about how to operate the gas tank powered hot water. But all in all really enjoyed our stay in Vincentia and thought it was great for the price and location.

While the location is right near the beach and vincentia shops, the facilities were bare minimum and could do with some updating
