Welcome to The Kima . Gulf front Condo 4 minutes north of Johns Pass. Relax and enjoy the breath-taking view from our 2-bedroom ,2-bath and a 42`x 6`wrap around Balcony!!! Direct beach front fully furnished condo. With a Lobby Code to the elevator.
Walk from both the master bedroom and living room to our spectacular 240+degree view of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Experience Florida's amazing sunsets. View them from the 2nd floor balcony. Look to the south and you will see the entrance to the world-renown John Pass, and catch a glimpse of the fishing, pleasure boats as they enter the inlet to gain access to the intercoastal waterways or exit to cruise the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our 2 bedroom condo is fully furnished, and is a Gulf front corner unit. It is decorated in the typical Floridian beach style in pastel colors, with Italian ceramic tile throughout the unit. Enjoy a light meal in our kitchen and sit up barstools to the eat- in bar area. The kitchen looks into a very spacious living room/dinning room open area concept. Offering a spectacular view of the beach for everyone.
Our corner unit spoils anyone staying in our master bedroom. Enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine and a sliding glass walk-out to the balcony.
King size bed and oversized insuite with a large shower and a walk-in closet. Bathrooms renovated in 2017.
Our guest bedroom enjoys a furnished with Twin beds or can be converted to a king their is a conversion connector insert in closet. Their is a large closet next to a full size bathroom with bath tub renovated in ceramic tiles and granite.
Our kitchen is all granite, fully equipped with a eat-in stand-up bar,dishes,cookware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker as well as with a washer/dryer.
Other amenities include cable t.v in both bedrooms and Livingroom , computer desk, phone and complementary internet access.
Lounge around in the sun in a heated pool. And there is also BBQ area equipped with tables and chairs and charcoal grill for your use.. Enjoy the palm trees blowing in the wind and sea salt scents in the air.
Our unit is located 4 minutes down the street from the famous Johns Pass village & boardwalk waterfront. John Pass is a quaint turn-of the century #1 Tourist Attraction! Johns Pass also offers a huge variety of restaurants, shopping, watersports.
Such as Bubba Gumps, Hooters, Friendly Fisherman, The Hut/sports bar, Sculleys, many Ice cream and candy shops.
Shopping : Del sol,sport fan attic, surf style, bronze lady, landing company jewelry, sun glasses and gifts. Over a 100 unique shops!
Water sports and activities : Local fishing charters available, dolphin watching, pirate ship, Don's dock bait and tackle, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing....

Beautiful end unit with clear views. Easy to get around Madeira beach. Very secure property that’s kept clean. Everyone we met was friendly. Some new to this property like us , others repeat tourists that gave you insight to property. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a Great week of vacation at this unit. View was beautiful. Plenty of towels, clean condo. Although we never did any cooking the kitchen had everything we would have needed. We could walk to everything we wanted to do. Weather was perfect as well. Dolphins could be seen from our condo and we saw them when we walked the beach in the morning. The Condo was great.

Great location being an end unit. Kitchen was clean and well appointed. Living room furniture is severely dated and dirty, requiring linens to cover so not to feel the oils and dirt in the furniture while sitting. The keyed entry deadbolt does not function so you aren't able to lock the room when leaving. Secondary deadbolt and door latch do provide security once you are inside though. Overall based on price and location this a good not great value.

Some of the vertical blinds segments were missing/ living furniture looked stained or worn. previous renter unplugged all WiFi and internet connections from the system. Required repair service next day until late in the day. The floors had sand on them, pool was closed due to repairs. We were not impressed.
