This Northwest facing corner condo is spectacularly furnished with wood grain tile throughout, granite counters and tiled showers, a modern kitchen, a large dining area for six, plenty of seating in the living room, and a huge 42-foot wrap around balcony giving unprecedented views of the beach, sand, and Gulf.

Yes A/C was good, pool was great. The only thing I would have to say was a negative for me was the bed in the front bedroom was way to high for an old lady to get in. I really could have used a small step stool (which I use at home). The 2nd which was awful was the TV in said bedroom. Although it was Spectrum, it was streaming Spectrum. I had text conversations with them tio even get it on. But it was not the same as the other TV's which had the box. I kept wondering if I was watching live TV or not. And to bring up the guide was terrible. Next time we pick a place I will be questioning how the TV works. I am old I do not stream (sorry). But weather was great. Probably be back

This property had a great location! Easy beach access and quiet!

The unit space was good but floors were dirty and if you did not wear shoes your feet were really dirty. The TV in guest room did not work properly and the remote was taped together. Ceiling fan in living area could not be used as the fan blades were loose or missing screws so was a danager. Kitchen was lacking small bowls (for cereal or salad) and trash can was broken but we fixed it. Master bath shower was not clean and shower head was corroded. Towels and beach towels should be upgraded.Should have beach chairs for your guest to use. We still enjoyed our stay but some of the amenties noted were not there.
