The apartment is part of Residenze Gallura, a complex of apartments in the center of San Teodoro. The location is very convenient for those who want to experience the town and in a few minutes by car reach the famous Cinta beach and the most beautiful coves in the area.
The three-room apartment (4 people) features a living room with equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower. Inside you will find all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home: air conditioning, TV, kitchenette equipped with dishes and cutlery, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and equipped patio or balcony.
For any needs you can go to the reception office which will be open daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check-in is available daily from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Check-out (the day of your departure) is scheduled by 10:00 am.
Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated in advance to the property for KEY BOX code pickup. Failure to notify does not guarantee your stay and an additional fee of € 50.00 will be charged.
Your stay includes: electricity, water and gas, final cleaning, air conditioning, first supply of bed and bath linens, Wi-Fi (common areas), use of bicycles while supplies last (use deposit € 50.00 per bike), parking (unattended).
Upon your arrival, you will have to pay some mandatory costs:
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.
CITY TAX: to be paid in cash, compulsory in the municipality of San Teodoro.
Four-legged friends are allowed in our facility, but will not have access to the common areas. There is an extra charge of € 50.00 for their stay.
We remind you that the cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guest. In case of failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to deliver waste, a penalty fee will be charged.
