The cottage was clean and having air conditioning on 2 occasions was great. Cottages on the Cape can smell musty and moldy this one does not at all. Loved the kitchen which is updated and the outdoor shower. The cottage is very close to Wellesley center. The beds comfortable and the washer dryer location and size very handy. Also great big screen TV which includes Apple TV. Bob property Manager was very responsive and helpful. We will be back.

First the owner - Bob is very helpful, answers quickly and is as nice an owner as you'll find.
The house is deceptively large, spacious and perfectly laid out. Kitchen is up to date, the beds are comfortable and the house was perfectly clean.
Neighborhood is great, easy to walk to town.
Loved it.
