Amazing views of pyramids. Lovely staff

The location was perfect. Just a few steps from the sphinx entrance. The view was superb especiallt from the rooftop, you will never get tired of it. They allow us to leave our bags which was very nice. The sheets was a bit dirty but the bed was comfy. Had a nice stay

Location! Staff friendliness, and atmosphere were amazing and everything we hoped for. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to take in the views over a delicious continental breakfast. The staff exceeded our expectations and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

The street outside was particularly noisy until late in the night. This is out of the control of our hotel staff so we did not hold it against them.

The property was well located with an unobstructed view of the pyramids and the Sphinx. This is really the selling point. Breakfast was good and generous. Staff upstairs (restaurant) very polite and welcoming to the guests.

The heater was not working on the first day, the not so friendly staff at the reception who spoke in Arabic about his strong disapproval to his fellow staff about us leaving our bags. He didn’t want us to keep our bags because for him, their business is done with us. He didn’t know I can understand Arabic and can decode body language. They can tell us politely but doing that in front of us was very rude. What we also didn’t like is gives a sense of being very hungry for a tip which we didn’t experienced in other hotels.
