Staff were incredible. Mohammad at reception and Gemmy up top in the cafe made my stay bliss. Mohammad shared hawashi with me cooked by his mother and Gemmy gave me countless free mint teas up top!! But it was the smiles and warmth from both of them that really made the difference. Amazing hospitality. And the view as well.... Out of this world. Also got a free upgrade of my room!
Wifi. Should be fixed within the week but this was very unreliable. Only downside of otherwise magnificent stay!

Due to work commitments, I had to extend my stay in Cairo for another week, and of course I chose this hotel again. Everything was outstanding.
The young staff members who serve breakfast and work in the lounge are some of the kindest people in the world. Jimmy is especially attentive—he genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of.
Once again, staying here felt like being in a second home. Thank you so much! Now I know exactly where I’ll be staying every time I visit Egypt. 🙏🙏

Perfect view, nice staffs(especially Jemi did really good to me!), nice rooftop restaurant, clean room, well-airconditioned, nice price.. everything was perfect!

Everything was amazing! Jimmy is an incredibly kind and helpful person, always attentive and ready to assist with anything I needed. Honestly, everyone here was wonderful—from the rooftop restaurant staff to the waitresses. They all made me feel truly at home.
The breakfast with that breathtaking view is an experience in itself—absolutely beautiful! I 100% recommend staying here, and I sincerely hope to be back at my home in Egypt very soon. ❤️🇪🇬
