Property with a huge potential but unfortunately mis-managed by a greedy host

The property is very close to the town center (5 minute walk) and is quite secluded. Also great view on the mountains and the ski slopes.

On arrival all the windows were left open and hence the property was freezing. In addition to this the stove was malfunctioning and had not been checked prior to our arrival. As a result we spent 3 days freezing until an engineer came to fix it. Other things that could be improved are the towels and bed linen that are old-ish, not a deal breaker but the property could look a lot nicer and welcoming - especially when you are charging an extra 10€ per person. Last point: the road to the property was totally frozen and going downhill. We had requested the road to be salted but that never happened. I appreciate it is a public road and it should be the council's responsibility however it leads to this property only.

Tranquillità

Alloggio non come da mie aspettative: Prezzo elevato per le condizioni dell appartamento parcheggio inesistente. Il punto più vicino per parcheggiare l auto si trova a quasi duecento/ trecento metri da percorrere a piedi con la via molto buia. Il sistema di riscaldamento utilizza stufa a pellet regolata/pulita in modo non soddisfacente infatti abbiamo segnalato ai proprietari odore di monossido di carbonio. Bagni non troppo puliti e struttura esterna fatiscente vista la presenza di uno stabile adiacente in forte deperimento. Forte odore di Muffa in tutti gli ambienti. Mobili datati. PS non so come si fa a dare 10 ad una struttura tenuta in questo modo
