very basic apartment and I hope they improve there customer service.

it was warm, unfortunately the shower was not warm anymore when we arrived later at night. During the morning and day the shower was warm. Easy walk to the ski lift.

Communication with staff was not great. also bed lining is not included in the price, I am glad they contact us about this in an email. When we arrived after a long journey it was not clear where to get the key from. A simple email with instructions would have been nice. There was no toilet paper in the apartment. Very nice if you arrive after a long trip and there is no toilet paper or something to wash your hands with. Also two double beds were made with sheets. But we were with 4 people that don’t sleep together. We called them and they said that we have to sleep together for one night and they will fix it the next day. I offered to make the beds myself but the bed sheets were not available they told us. Very poor customer service.

Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole e l'alloggio è esattamente come da descrizione

L'appartamento è grande e molto comodo agli impianti di risalita ed al paese. La vista è bella soprattutto la sera. Il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile a presentare l'appartamento ed a risolvere un problema con il letto a castello.

il letto a castello ha il materasso di sotto che è storto e pende verso l'esterno. I bidoni della raccolta differenziata dentro la sgabuzzino puzzavano e l'odore arrivava nel corridoio, meglio tenerli fuori.

Una bellissima settimana bianca

Struttura fantastica, calda ed accogliente. Parcheggio semplice da trovare e vicinissimo alle piste da sci (meno di 300 MT) ed al centro del paesino (circa 400mt) ci tornerò!

Posizione strategica, tantissimi armadi e appendiabiti molto funzionali e comodi.sono stata d estste ma immagino d inverno siamo molto utili. Cucina ben accessoriata

Posteggio non capiente per tutti e molto scomodo, struttura datata.ha un grande potenziale ma dovrebbe essere ristrutturata integralmente perche risale agli anni 80. Bagno maleodorante ma mi hanno detto che hanno avuto problemi con condutture comunali. Suggerirei di mettere inferriate a finestra del bagno che apre su pianerottolo e non e' possibile tenerla aperta se non si e' in casa perche puo' introdursi chiunque.
