Tivemos algumas dificuldades com o café da manhã a atendente não conseguia anotar direito nosso pedido e achamos que o café podia ser um pouco mais reforçado, são somente três opções onde temos que escolher uma

Staff were helpful, the breakfast was good, the pool was nice. The room was functional. Staff kept our bags safely while we went to Tayrona for 2 nights, which was much appreciated. Location was great near the square, with restaurants and shops.

The lift wasn’t operational, the jacuzzi was green.

Good location if you want to stay right in the city center and old town. Very friendly staff

Location is excellent, very centrally located. Staff are nice enough, cleaning team was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The noise at night, it is very noisy due to its good location and thin walls. This isn’t really something that can be remedied, I would recommend they provide guests with ear plugs so that they can try to help prevent the issue with noise. The noise comes from the clubs nearby with lots of loud music being played and at times arguments in front of the hotel on the street. The pillows should also be replaced as they aren’t in very good condition, and the towels were very small.
