The cleanliness and the minimalist decoration of the place. It's also near Taiping sentral and Lotus's. It also provide cutleries and single induction stove. Also have washing machine, refrigerator. Also have WiFi!
It didn't have free coffee/tea 3in1 or plain water for the guest. Should have placed the shower gel too for the customer. Because the apartment was quite pricey if it doesn't came with those basic amenities.

Good security. Spacious unit. Can see trains passing by. Excellent view of Taiping town and the hill
Power points too high at the kitchen. No sink in the bathroom.
