Staff were nice and friendly
Our room smelt like a sewer, they were nice and tried to fix it, but it was so bad we could sleep. We also had to check out early and they still made us pay for breakfast.

Loved this property, I returned at the end of my trip and made sure to stay here again. The pool is beautiful, the staff are so lovely and friendly and go above and beyond to look after you.

Previously stayed here, chosen for locality, close to things but also pedestrianised streets full of restaurants, shops, facilities etc, also hopOn/HopOff river bus only minutes away. Reception staff nice
Quite gloomy everywhere, no bar, lounge area except very basic pool bar with no atmosphere. Breakfast convenient and quite good but not z very bright or cheery place to be. Towels and sheets were grey! Slippers remained unused by us but had had plenty of prior use.
