The view, the location right on the beach, and that the apartment doesn’t have the usual “tunnel view” with only windows at one end. Here, you have an awesome view at two sides -Montgomery AND the ocean
Fix the knobs on the stove and get a better quality kettle, but these are definitely minor issues. We stayed here for 5 weeks and enjoyed every day, including the fact that we experienced a record rainy March
