About this house rental
The house is the expression of comfort and simplicity. You have the fundamentals to feel comfortable, at home. It has been completely renovated with the best qualities.
It consists of a large bed in the room with a ceiling fan and two double-use beds as such and as sofas in the spacious open-plan living room, and two other single beds in the attic (second room), a spacious and cozy space.
The kitchen, incorporated into the living room, is very functional, with fridge and freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, coffee makers, toaster, juicer, complete utensils, in short, everything you need.
The bathroom is three pieces with shower.
The living room is bright and warm in winter (it has a pellet stove) and cool in summer.
Excellently located 5 km. Denia, public hospitals and private clinics, shopping centers ... Close to everything!
It is a small urbanization, and in the common area of the urbanization we have our own parking space and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a wonderful pool in use throughout the year. From the urbanization you can directly access the beach of Els Molins, with fine sand and a gentle breeze.
In the private garden (over 30 square meters) you can relax on the sun loungers, even sleep outdoors watching the stars ... You have chairs, umbrellas, sunbeds, tables, tennis rackets .... everything you need to spend the day in the garden !!
