The property was very well presented, clean and felt like a second home.
Location was perfect for what we needed, as not too far away from RPA hospital.
A very short walk to get the best coffee locally too!
Area felt safe and will definitely book again if available.
Parking can be a problem, however there is always space on the adjacent streets if you have a short drive and I soon worked out the short cuts!

Great location. Had everything I needed for a short stay.
Not super clean and bed linen a bit dated and worn but that did not impact the overall experience.

The property was in a great location and made access to Paddington and surrounding suburbs easy. It was quiet and peaceful. It had the necessary facilities including a washing machine. It has a good layout and felt spacious for a studio.
The property had a very noticeable musty smell upon entering, which didnt go away even after airing it out with the windows open. Everything felt a bit unclean - the towels, the bed linen, couch and floors and I saw a number of cockroaches during my stay. I also think listing a fireplace but not providing any kindling to use it is misleading, particualy during the autumn/winter seasons. The bathroom does not have a powerpoint and the kitchen draws are faulty as they won't stay closed.
