Welcome to Scenic Beach Retreat at Cape Paterson.
This large family holiday house is located 800 metres from the Cape Paterson Surf Beach, The Channel Store and The Tavern. The Park Parade Reserve with a playground, cricket pitch and oval is only a short walk away.
There is plenty of room for your family and friends at Scenic Beach Retreat.
The house includes 3 Lounge Rooms, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry, Games Room ( with Billiard Table / Dartboard ), Outdoor BBQ and Dining Table, Paved front yard with Basketball Ring.
The house is split on 2 levels.
The upper level has 2 living areas, kitchen / dining room, laundry , bathroom and 3 bedrooms comprising of -
1. Master Bedroom with King Bed and Ensuite
2. Queen Bed
3. Single Bed and Bunk Bed set
The lower level of the house is self contained with separate entry.
There is a living area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms comprising of -
4.Queen Bed
5. Single Bed and Bunk Bed set
Enjoy time with your family and friends playing one of the many board games or watch a DVD together.
There is a small courtyard out the back of the property with a retractable clothesline.
You must bring your own linen.
( Sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels )
The house will have pillows, doonas, mattress protectors and tea towels only.
For bookings of more than 10 people, there is an extra charge of $20 per person per night.

This was a fantastic house for a large group, with plenty of beds, bedrooms and living spaces. Vanessa was a wonderful host, providing all the information and advice we needed, regular communication, plus being so generous with early check in and late check out due to extreme heat on the weekend we were staying. We also enjoyed the treats left for us! The house is an easy walk to beach, shops, pub and there’s a park just at the end of the street. Would happily book again!

We had a lovely time at the cape in this house. It is well set up for big groups and kids with multiple living spaces and lots of group activities like pool, darts, board games and sports gear (eg basketball). We had an unfortunate occurrence where the cleaner had missed the downstairs area by accident. However the upstairs was nice and clean so I expect it is normally fine apart from this once off issue. Vanessa was very accomodating and refunded the cleaning fee plus extra for our trouble.

"It was super duper fun" said ms 9."The basketball was so fun. I played basketball every day" said Mr 6.Mum said " a dishwasher makes a holiday an actual holiday".Dad said "plenty of room in this house for adults and kids to enjoy themselves".
