Disappointing

It looked NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. It’s just a tiny room with two beds on opposite sides. The AC is super loud, and there is no room in the bathroom to take a shower! The staff was ok but they didn’t explain why the room looked completely different than the pictures. We felt scammed.

Incredibly easy to work with the host, although it was a last minute booking. Location and the property itself is great, just steps away from the shops and relatively close to the beach. Balcony offers an amazing view. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. All in all, amazing experience!

I wish this place offered a luggage storage, even as a paid service.

Nice stay with friendly staff, but access to the beach is less convenient than before.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The passage that was open two years ago is now closed. You have to take a longer route to get down to the beach. There are closed-off areas with dogs, so you can’t pass directly and need to walk about 400 meters more than before.

If we are coming back to Neum, it is likely to chose the same stay.

The view was amazing. We also liked the fact that it was a very big apartment. The guest was very nice. You have access to shops, banks, gas station.

The shower curtain fell as soon as we arrived, although it was not a big problem for us. Long road to the beach (it felt like an eternity due to a loooot of steps - relatively ok to go to the beach, very hard to go back - you can also chose the car road but it’s longer)

Enjoyed our stay!

The hostess was very friendly and helpful to all our requests. The view is amazing and the building looks new. The beds were comfortable and the location is great!

It would be nice to have a few more facilities like an iron, drying rack (or a recommended laundry service nearby), washing machine and access to better internet (the internet connection is not always as strong in the whole appartment which made working a bit challenging). Other than that we were very satisfied and would recommend.

I didnt get what I paid for. I paid for 3 adults accommodation and I got something that wasn't even a close to that what I saw on a pictures on booking. I don' t understand. What to do in that case!?

The room was clean, staff very friendly. But this is not apartment, this is just room with restroom, balcony and sea view. Soba je bila čista, osoblje vrlo ljubazno. Ali ovo nije apartman, ovo je samo soba s toaletom i balkonom i pogledom na more. 😀

L’accoglienza della ragazza gentilissima. La struttura super pulita comoda e ha una vista meravigliosa , credo che sia la vista più bella su Neum. La struttura accetta anche gli animali che è una bellissima cosa. Ci ritornerò assolutamente. Grazie ancora

A fuir ! (odeur d'égout dans la chambre permanente pendant 4 jours, matelas hors d'usage)

Odeur permanente d'égout dans le logement pendant tout notre séjour de quatre jours. Nous avons très mal dormi car les ressorts des matelas - hors d'usage - des deux lits séparés rentrent dans le dos. Nous avons essayé de retourner les matelas mais la saleté et les moisissures nous ont repoussé. Chambre de très petite taille où les lits ne sont pas placés côte à côte mais dans le promongement l'un de l'autre. Le seul endroit où l'on peut ranger les bagages de deux personnes sont entre l'espace de moins de 1 mètre restant entre les lits et la cloison de séparation avec la salle de bain.
