Calm stay with beautiful view in Neum

Lovely place

New apartment up the hill a little from the beach. Beautiful views. Well stocked. Comfortable balcony.. The fridge was full of condiments and the like. Bed comfortable. Two supermarkets walking distance. We loved it. We also left some things behind and she mailed them to us.

It's not close to the beach, but that's the trade off for the view. We preferred the view. It's a short drive to the beach. You could even walk it.

Cozy apartments with awesome view

Cozy apartments with very hospitable owner. Parking slot was available. All facilities work as you expected. Nice "welcome" gift as a bonus after road. Awesome view from terrace. And there is a back side for it - you spend about 30 minutes down to beach and 30 minutes up to the apartments. So, if you have small kids - it could be not applicable for your needs.

Location isn't correct on booking. Google maps also didn't know about the concrete address. But "apartments mate" presents on Google maps.

It was the most perfect holiday home we have ever stayed in. The host had filled the fridge for us, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Their English was excellent, so we had no communication problems at all. The house was amazing with a truly beautiful view. We were really sad that we couldn’t stay longer. The sea was wonderful, and we never had any issues with parking. There was paid parking available, and we could always find a spot. Also, just 28 minutes away is Prapratno Beach in Croatia — a sandy beach with crystal-clear water, absolutely fantastic. Some reviews mentioned that the fridge was small, but I was pleasantly surprised to find both a fridge and a freezer, which were more than enough. The only thing missing was a washing machine, but the host kindly offered to do the laundry for us, though I didn’t give it. Thank you so much.

Fantastic place with amazing seaviews

Absolutely amazing place on the coast with fantastic views of the sea and Croatia. Clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The host was super friendly and left us fridge full of food and drink which was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend this apartment when staying in Neum.

The best, I recommend!

Definitely the best accommodation during our holiday. The house is new and located in a quiet part of town. We found it easily. The car was parked on private property directly in front of the house. The apartment was located on the first floor with a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. Beautiful and modern equipment including air conditioning. The fridge filled with food and drink disarmed us the most. Mrs. Ivana, whose english was absolutely perfect, was very kind, we thank her for everything and greet her. We would like to repeat the stay.

One of the nicest apartments I've ever rented and with glorious views

We spent a week here in Neum. Ivana is a fantastic host and her apartment is really excellent. We really appreciated her stocking up the fridge for our late arrival. Unfortunately the weather was unusually poor for May but fortunately the apartment more than made up for this. What we liked: Ivan's hospitality The view TV with dozens of film and football channels The deliciously hot shower Comfy bed Good WiFi Decent kitchen for preparing home meals. Although Ivana recommended a local restaurant where a very good pizza is only 5€. Neum is a lovely place, even out of season. It's slightly reminiscent of Abkhazia, Georgia and Crimea, all with an 80s Yugoslavia vibe perhaps. The mountains and sea create a kaleidoscope of different views. One minus of Neum is that it's very limited in terms of public transport (out of season) so consider this if you are coming without a car. However, we were happy to enjoy the town, the apartment views and the apartment without venturing beyond Neum. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Everything was perfect, we were completely satisfied. The owner is very caring, friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable there. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The whole apartment is nice, modern, spacious, clean and well decorated. If I ever go to Neum again, I will definitely stay here!

We liked this accommodation as soon as we saw the photos on the booking, and we are therefore glad that our stay in it exceeded our expectations. My boyfriend and I wanted to celebrate the New Year at sea, in a peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful view and thanks to Apartments Mate we got a lot more than we expected. Communication with the owners was simple and pleasant. They were very helpfull with everything. They greeted us in good spirits and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. Since the shops were not open due to the New Year's celebration, they provided us with groceries for a nice breakfast, which were waiting for us in the fridge, and they also left us wine for New Year's Eve. The accommodation has everything you need and staying in it is very pleasant. Everything is very clean and nicely decorated. The view from the terrace is amazing and we enjoyed spending time on the terrace. Thank you Apartments Mate for the wonderful beginning of the New Year, which we will surely remember and hope to see you again. ☀️

Szuper, bármikor újra lefoglalnám. Ár-érték arányban kifogástalan.

Kedves, segítőkész szállásadó. Gyönyörű kilátás, tisztaság, feltöltött hűtő fogadott. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.

A hálószobából a klíma nagyon hiányzott az első három nap, amikor 36-37 fokos melegek voltak. A strand csak autóval érhető el, gyalogosan kicsit messze van.

Divan apartman sa predivnim pogledom na more. Apartman je bas kako je i na slikama prikazano. Kreveti preudobni. Domacini divni,predivni ljudi. Docekao nas je frizider koji je bio pun raznih namaza za dorucak uz to likeri i pive. Apartman je na lijepom mjestu i tihom sto je izuzetno vazno pogotovo ko ide s porodicom.

Wspaniały

Bardzo ładne, czyste, komfortowe mieszkanie. Świetny kontakt z właścicielką, która zaproponowała nam nawet wcześniejsze zameldowanie jak tylko apartament był gotowy. W lodówce czekały na nas smakołyki (miód, dżemy, mleko, jogurty, alkohole domowe, piwo, słodycze), pieczywo. Z balkonu rozpościera się wspaniały widok. Parking darmowy znajduje się bezpośrednio pod apartamentem. Bardzo polecam to miejsce i chętnie tam wrócę.

Mógłby być jeszcze jeden klimatyzator w sypialni. Jednak pomimo czerwca i temperatur powyżej 30 stopni mieszkanie nie nagrzewa się bardzo.
