Seascape is a reasonably priced resort and it’s worth considering as your next resort accommodation. Its beachfront is quite breathtaking as you can see flying fish and se turtles come out from time to time. It has a lush seabed that makes sea creatures thrives in the area, thus you get to enjoy their presence all the time. Seascape has snorkeling and kayaking equipment too.
The only downside that I would like to emphasize is our room. It lacks certain features like a cabinet (open cabinet will do) for our clothes & luggages, and a small table and a chair. Clothes hooks would do just fine too. The bathroom is quite spacious, but I wonder why they installed such a very tiny sink. There is no bidet as well. We also hope that there is a drying area or at least a clothesline for our wet suits. On a positive note, they provide towels and basic toiletries.
In general, the resort is worth considering because of its pool and stunning beachfront. The resort provide free breakfast too. Which is awesome!

This place is perfect for out of city stay in Cebu. Really near stay for diy Oslob Whalewatching.

A few things we liked:
* Beautiful location right in front of the sea
* Relaxing garden with places to sit and hangout
* The turtles that swim in front of the hotel every day
* Friendly and helpful staff
A few things we disliked:
* Small room with a very small bathroom
* Dirty swimming pool
* The invisible baby jelly fishes that stung us when we swam in front of the hotel (the staff didn't say anything about those). Google "Sea Bather's Eruption" before swimming there.
* The food in the restaurant isn't great, and most of it is only available after 5pm (lunch options = snacks). Also, weirdly, no grilled fish, no deserts or ice cream in the restaurant (mostly chicken and pork ).
