Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. We arrived early before our room was ready, and since we had our son with us, the staff suggested that we let him enjoy the kids’ club while we waited. Less than 30 minutes later, they called to let us know our room was ready. The room was comfortable, with a very cozy bed and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The hotel also has great facilities, including a large swimming pool with separate areas for men, women, and kids, a playground, and a tennis court. The breakfast buffet was outstanding — an excellent variety of food, everything tasted great, and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had so far. It was also my first time seeing fresh strawberries and grapes being served at a hotel breakfast buffet. Definitely a highlight of the stay! The complimentary house-made chocolates served in the afternoon were another nice touch, and they were delicious. The hotel manager was also personally around to interact with guests, which made the experience feel very welcoming. Overall, a fantastic stay. Great service, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and an amazing breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable, affording a good night's sleep. I didn't have time to enjoy the facilities as I was transiting at KLIA, but the hotel seemed to have a fantastic swimming pool and, generally, a pleasant, quiet vibe with interesting architectural features. I loved the buffet dinner, with delectable Asian and Western options - highly recommended.

The regular showerhead seemed to have low water pressure, even though the waterfall showerhead worked well.
