Tropical Living at 3BR Pool Villa Bianca, Baan Bua Luxury Estate, Nai Harn Beach

Villa molto bella e confortevole. Piscina di buone dimensioni. Si trova in una proprietà con vigilanza Ottima comunicazione con i gestori.

C'è un piccolo problema con le serrature. La camera king non si chiude perché la serratura è divelta. Dal soggiorno alle camere bisogna passare dall'esterno perché non sono comunicanti. L'elettricità è molto costosa e completamente fuori mercato: 8 baht per unità (la media delle ville è 6 baht ma è comunque il triplo del normale. Per sei giorni ho pagato 90 euro ed ero da solo e ho sempre fatto molta attenzione. Le agenzie sostengono che lo fanno per il bene dell'isola ma l'isola ormai è tutta cementificata.

Fantastic villa with amazing pool.

Electricity bill charge separately at 7 bath/kwh. We struggled to lock all doors properly (bedrooms especially)

The villa is located in a safely guarded area. Local beaches are accessible by car; it is a 10 mins drive.

Similar to the previous comments, the villa was run down and several kitchen appliances were not working (we had to ask the staff twice to replace the microwave, they finally picked it up but it was never replaced in the week that we were there). We also had only 2 drinking glasses for 4 people. We had to ask them for extra glasses which they brought after a few days. The villa has 2 sun beds despite having 3 bedrooms. As we were 4 people, we asked for 2 extra sun beds. After asking 4-5 times during which time we had no response, the staff finally confirmed that they had added the 2 sun beds, however when we arrived we noticed that they were broken so we couldn’t use them. To add to the above disappointments, we noticed the villa was very poorly cleaned. We were expecting a much better hygiene level considering the current covid-19 climate.
