Una casa indipendente su 4 lati, dotata di una grande piscina e un bel parco ben curato. La posizione è abbastanza vicina alla strada principale per poter raggiungere ristoranti o minimarket a piedi ma sufficientemente lontana per non risentire del rumore del traffico.

Il vicino cantiere non consente di godere della privacy che il giardino e la piscina meriterebbero. Il parcheggio per l'auto è troppo piccolo e costringe ad entrare in retromarcia. Le veneziane ai vetri consentono soltanto una sommaria schermatura dal sole ma non consentono di fare completamente buio per dormire.

Considering the price, we did not have high expectations of the Villa. But boy were we wrong when we got there. The villa was exquisite. Big and luxurious. It delivered all it said in the post to the T. No complains whatsoever. The host and cleaning crew were also easy to work with. Key collection was easy peasey. The villa is quiet and perfect for resting. The pool is clean and so is the villa. They even provided fresh towels and pool towels! Full kitchen too! The villa is connected to Soi Saiyuan through a short 5 min walk. There is Family Mart on the corner which caters to everything you need. Food is abundant and Burger Me is definite MUST TRY. Burgers oh so good. Massage place at reasonable prices just opposite of Family Mart.

This is an excellent choice for a big family or small, we were a family of 6 adults & 2 children, plenty of room. The villa is spacious, clean and well maintained. We had a couple of minor plumbing issues which were dealt with almost instantly better service than you could expect in UK. It is a great location with a variety of restaurants within walking distance, but it is a taxi ride for lively nightlife. We rented a couple of scooters for the two weeks which were very inexpensive.

I can't think of anything really. Some reviews mentioned the cost of the electric but our large family did not use up the allowance you get from the owners.
