Wonderful layout private pool was a big plus, private parking

One small renark, airco upstairs can be a little chilly at night, so dont set it too low

The villa is truly spacious, with plenty of open areas: a living room, a kitchen, a yard with a pool, and terraces. Our family really enjoyed our stay; our teenage sons especially loved the lower level, which featured table tennis and direct access to the pool—they called it a real "man cave"! We really appreciated having a washing machine, a dishwasher, and kitchen equipment that we used daily to prepare meals. The host, Javier, was very pleasant; he responded quickly to messages and helped resolve any issues—thanks to him! The villa isn't very close to the city center. We walked there one evening and found it quite tiring. However, since we had a rental car, we drove every day to a parking, that cost just €1 for the whole day. Making the city and beach easily accessible on foot from there. On the plus side, the villa is in a quiet location; while there was some minor disturbance from nearby construction noise, it is generally a very peaceful neighborhood. Our family loved the villa—highly recommended!

There is a big hill to get up to where the house is and as we were unable to rent a car or scooter we had to walk up it so would recommend renting a scooter or car if u were to stay here

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hat sehr gut funktioniert. Man hat echt viel Platz und der Pool ist super, bei uns war er allerdings schon noch sehr kalt. Ich hätte mir zumindest Salz und Pfeffer gewünscht und ein Backpapier für das Rohr, aber alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und unseren Kids hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Ein Pluspunkt - man hat gleich einen Lidl und Aldi in der Nähe, außerdem ist man sehr schnell in Nerja mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften.

Leider gibt es gleich 2 Baustellen, nebenan und gegenüber. Am Sonntag wurde ab 8:30 Uhr mit stemmen begonnen, das war nicht so schön. Unter der Woche ab 8:00 Uhr. Wir waren aber viel unterwegs, darum hat es uns nicht so gestört.
