That view is incredible!

The property is absolutely stunning throughout. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony and all the lake facing rooms is incredible - the pictures do not do it justice - it is breathtaking all day long and all night long! Wow! The hosts were fantastic - we had an issue with opening the washing machine and they helped us via WhatsApp. We had such a lovely long weekend - wish we were still there! Enjoy future travellers!

The property is located up the foothills slightly from the lake front - I would recommend hiring a car as the taxis and ubers add up over the course of a few days.

The location is great ! A sign on the parking should be done to give information on where to park the car and avoid to park onto the neighbour's parking.

Not at all Child friendly, but still a super location with an excellent view for couples or friends

Great location, the hot tub on the balcony was great fun especially with the world class view! Really welcoming host they even had champagne and cold drinks ready for our arrival. The timber style and space in the house was great! Great access to the lake if you have a car and close to the shops and bakery in St Jorioz. It really is a beautiful house that we thoroughly enjoyed once we had made it child safe.

Not at all child friendly, nor friendly for people with vertigo or a bit older/frail (very dangerous second floor stairs without hand rail and a poor child barrier/gate). The ambience with the neighbors was also not good at start, clearly there have been problems with previous guests. It was a bit surprising that there were no shades/store/awning for windows esp. during heat waves. The toilets are quite interesting, but the host does provide a step ladder to get on them. Some simple handrails on the second floor stairs and a proper (fixable) child barrier would go a long way to making the building safer for children.

Elegant house with Lake view

Elegant modern House with a great taste. Its open style with a nice view of the lake. What makes it more beautiful is that my trip was in May / spring time and the Town was charming full of flower blossoms.

Amazing location, great property and nice facility

The property is exactly as shown in the photos and there was no bad surprise awaiting us when we reached. The location was serene and the villa was tidy

The fact that there were too few linen and towel changes made available. I ended up paying the caretaker to arrange for a cleaning service and fresh towels in the middle of my 4 day stay.

Amazing amazing view The back wall is glass so you get it all the time Stunning interior design Super nice host who goes out of his way to help Fridge was stocked with soft drinks and a bottle of champagne when we arrived All basics in stock - coffee, salt, pepper, oil etc Decent coffee machine Hot tub fantastic Bikes available to borrow for free Beautiful terrace 1.5 km to St Jorioz where there is a decent supermarket and a few other shops, cafes etc

The upstairs bedroom is completely glass. The curtain doesn't block all the light out. The downstairs bedroom has no en-suite (it does have a sink) so it is one floor up for the toilet and two floors up for the shower. The stairs have no bannister which means it would not be great for young children under 3.

The view from the terrace is fantastic. The house is very well equipped with lovely furnishings and the beds comfortable. Stephan was very helpful and we had good communication with him prior to our stay

Zauberhafter Blick auf den See

Schöne Villa in außerordentlicher Lage, schöner Balkon mit ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen und Grillmöglichkeit. Geräumige Ess- und Wohnecken drinnen und draußen. Super ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Whirlpool mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See. Küche ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts.

Das Zimmer im Untergeschoss hat keinerlei Tageslicht und nur sehr schlechte Belüftung. Es fällt im Vergleich zu allen anderen Zimmern sehr ab und ist Hauptgrund für Note 9 statt 10. Es fehlen Aufhängehaken für Handtücher in fast allen Räumen. Die Treppen sind. E. nicht ausreichend gesichert. Die obere Treppe ist ohne Geländer und das Holz relativ rutschig. Man fühlt sich hier vor allem nachts nicht sicher. Der "Einstieg" zur Treppe nach unten ist ebenfalls gefährlich, da an zwei Seiten offen. Das Doppelbett unter der Dachschräge ist so klein, dass selbst zwei Kinder es dort sehr eng fanden. Für Erwachsene definitiv unbequem.

Séjour ressourçant dans cadre idyllique

Très belle maison lumineuse,bien aménagée, décorée avec goût, vue imprenable, grand calme, très proche à pied du lac , de la voie verte et du lac.
