Csendes részen helyezkedik el, mégis közel a belváros, és egy nagy bolt is gyalogosan. 2 autó is elfér a ház előtti parkolóban. Nagy ágyak, 2 fürdőszoba 6 személyre.
Szúnyogháló hiánya. Az 1db klíma ami a nappaliban van, sajnos az apartman elrendezése miatt nem elegendő, hogy a szobákig is eljusson a hűvös levegő. Viszont minden szobában van nagy álló ventillátor, ami enyhülést hoz a nagy melegben.
