Fabulous and will return and stay at property again
Location and parking excellent Facilities excellent
We had issues with accessing keys to property pedestrian gate and garage due to host company not passing in new codes We also were unable to access hot tub until 2nd night as again instructions in book different to actual situation Owner of property was very apologetic and also helped rectify situation

Exceptional
The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Great location in the centre of Abersoch. Restaurants, shops and beaches minutes away.
With two adults and two teenage children, the only very some thing to quibble about was only one comfortable sofa. The other sofa is more for occasional seating. Think it is due to space. Not a problem but was something we would think about next time.

Excellent property, good parking and felt very safe and handy for everything in Abersoch
Excellent property and very child friendly with access to free kids' films on the TV. Everything top quality and nearly new
Wrong key box code was provided and after several fruitless attempts to enter the code, we had to ring Craig to get the right code (the code for number 8 had been e-mailed to us instead of the key box code for number 7 where we were staying.

We didnt want to leave..
The communication was great. The house is fantastic. Well thought out and top location. Our 3 year old loved the bunk bed room with shark theme that I texted to ask where the bunk were from and they responded immediately. Please can we come back soon
