Inside, this home blends modern style and traditional comfort. Open-plan living welcomes you inside, featuring a spacious kitchen and an island that doubles up as a breakfast bar where you can drink your morning coffees. A separate dining space and a lounge area creates further sociable areas to enjoy, and a useful utility room is also provided which has laundry facilities and a WC. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, a super-king, a double, and a bunk bedroom, alongside a contemporary family bathroom. Upstairs are the two further bedrooms, a king-size and a twin. There is also a family bathroom up here containing a sumptuous freestanding bath and a shower. The rear garden is fully enclosed and has a patio area with furniture, and a shower to make washing off your sandy feet or dog’s paws easy. To the front of the property is a decked area where you can soak up the sun and far-reaching views of the Cilan Hills. Parking is available for four cars.
The pretty village of Abersoch sits on the Llyn Peninsula and is a popular resort for those wishing to visit the seaside. It has a handy shop and some places to eat, as well as a stunning sandy beach just 400 metres from the property. The peninsula is a designated National Landscape and is home to fabulous water sports, beautiful beaches, and an abundance of wildlife.
