About this house rental
This unique and very well equipped house is situated at the heart of the Isuskiza gated community in the vibrant Plentzia coastal village. Surrounded by a spectacular tropical garden in a wonderful environment with mountains, river and vibrant beaches to enjoy exceptional experiences without renouncing the varied and world-renowned cultural and gastronomic offer offered by the city of Bilbao and the Basque Country, such as the Guggenheim Museum and first class restaurants.
The access to the 1,600m2 plot is accessible by vehicles through a large sliding door, or in a pedestrian way using the available gate.
The house, bright and sunny, is distributed on the ground floor by a hexagonal hall that connects the bedrooms, kitchen and living area and a large terrace facing west. Through stairs you can access the first floor and also a large garage where there is a laundry room and a play room for children. This floor offers a large kitchen open to the dining room and living area, and practical access to the garden and different terraces where you can enjoy exceptional views and relax in an environment of incomparable nature and privacy.
The bedrooms are composed of three double bedrooms each, with access to its own terrace and garden facing south.
The master bedroom with a double bed has a bathroom.
The remaining bedrooms offer two single beds each with underfloor heating.
A full bathroom is available for these two stays.
An additional room offers ample storage space for suitcases and other luggage.

La casa es impresionante. Lo tiene todo. Ubicación, diseño, todo lo que puedas necesitar lo tiene, menaje, ropa de cama y baño, juegos, material deportivo..... Esta cerca de la costa y de Bilbao en una Urbanización apartada que da una tranquilidad excepcional. Sólo un pero, no hay calefacción central y los radiadores eléctricos y la chimenea no dan para calentar una casa tan grande. Colocándolos en las habitaciones se puede estar bien pero en cuanto te mueves por la casa hace frío.
A pesar de ese detalle, que es fácilmente solucionable, repetiremos sin duda. Hemos pasado unos días excepcionales.

La casa es preciosa, muy luminosa y limpia. Está perfectamente equipada incluso para una estancia con niños pequeños ya que dispone de una cuna de viaje, trona, bañerita, y juguetes. La nevera y despensa contenían todo lo necesario para un desayuno completo además de encontrarnos con una botella de vino tinto y queso idiazabal de bienvenida! La casa nos la mostró un familiar muy amable, aunque Eli y Julen estuvieron siempre disponibles y pendientes de nosotros vía email. La urbanización dispone de una estupenda piscina y parque para niños. Quizás los únicos aspectos negativos de la casa, solo relevante en caso de viajar con niños pequeños, es el hecho de que hay espacios, como el salón que está 1m elevado del suelo central, sin ningún tipo de protección así como la cantidad de escaleras, lo que hace que haya que estar un extra pendiente de los pequeños. También destacaría que dada la proximidad a la ría, hay muchos mosquitos, lo cual no supone un problema si se mantienen las ventanas cerradas por la noche. Además la casa dispone de enchufes con repelente.
En líneas generales, hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia!
