About this house rental
The Dragonfly is located in Elk Rapids on Bass Lake and is a charming, cozy cottage that can accommodate up to four guests.
The cottage is situated in the quaint town of Elk Rapids, on the east side. A lovely location that is sure to please. East Grand Traverse Bay is just minutes away, and Shorts Brewery is nearby as well.
The living room, adjacent to the kitchen, features a Smart TV with Direct TV. Off the kitchen on the lakeside is an enclosed porch area, perfect for morning coffee. There are 2-bedrooms and 1-bathroom. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. Sheets and towels are provided. Step out the porch door to a spacious deck with an ideal area to relax and grill. There is also a separate laundry room. One well-mannered dog is welcome.
Outside you’ll find a large grassy lawn leading down to your own private spot on the lake. You can sit on the deck and watch the kids play in the water. A fire pit is located near the water, with plenty of outdoor furniture and a grill is available for outdoor fun. The location is within walking distance to the grocery store and a couple of restaurants. This peaceful neighborhood is perfect for getting away from it all. Elk Rapids is about 20 minutes from Traverse City, and Kewadin is 10 minutes away.

House was cute. Yard is large and had plenty of space for our boys to run around. Kayaks were nice. There is only 1 AC unit in the living room and the bedrooms were kind of small. Wish there were bunkbeds and a pull out couch. There was a mowing service that came during one of the days of our stay and blew grass all over our stuff on the deck which was loud and annoying. Grill had no propane. Communication w visit up north was pretty easy. Location was close to Shorts and a few restaurants and grocery store that was nice. The indian restaurant magic masala was super slow tho and not the best food so would advise to avoid that place.

Cute cottage. Cleanliness was fine, except the one bed had a stained sheet. Kayaks were full of water, so not useable. Management company was very responsive. Walked to grocery and restaurant
