Unit #12 is on the third floor level of the South building and sleeps 4-6. Beautiful water & sunset views! It has been partially updated. offering 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a set of bunk beds. Twin on top & full on bottom.. The living room/dining combo has beautiful water views & a queen sleeper sofa. The unit has 2 bathrooms - 1/2 bath & a bathroom with shower. A sandy beach is right across the (residential street), Sunset views over Grand Traverse Bay and use of the heated in-ground pool and on site coin operated laundry area.
Half way between Traverse City and Charlevoix. Elk Rapids is a very quaint harbor town that you will fall in love with! All of these condo units are strictly NO SMOKING - NO PETS.

The unit was very clean and functional. The unit has been recently updated and that definitely can be felt. It is right across Grand Traverse bay and the beach across the street was great and mostly empty, we almost felt like we had a private beach. The pool was also nice. The neighbors were very nice and friendly.
If you are a light sleeper please be aware that there's road noise that you can hear in the bedroom, which since bothered me. My wife and kids on the other hand slept right through it without any problem.
Overall a great value for the money. I recommend it.
