About this house rental
3 bedroom, 1 bathroom , full kitchen, dining area, washer & dryer, sunroom with 1 set of bunk beds & 1 twin size bed , table with chairs and a sitting area. Front deck overlooks the Grand Traverse Bay, and back deck has a BBQ grill and nice table and chairs. Fire pit just off the back deck with 9 chairs. House is directly across from tennis courts, basketball courts & a playground (on the beach). You can sit on the front deck and watch the kids play. 2 blocks from downtown Elk Rapids. Walk to the town movie theater, dinner and local pub. Bring your Kayaks & Paddle boards & you can launch them right at the beach! Traverse City is a 20 minute drive. There is a casino 15 minutes away & The sleeping bear sand dunes is only 45 minutes away! Mackinac Island is a great day trip and is only 1.5 hours away. Perfect location for any getaway~Family Vacation or Girls/Guys trips! The house has been newly renovated, fresh paint, new floors, updated bathroom, new carpet in the sunroom mattresses & linens. Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is only 8.9 miles away. Perfect ski getaway in the winter! Mt. Holiday is 15 minutes away, Shush/Shanty Creek are 30 minutes & Boyne is less than an hour! The house will be professionally cleaned and there are cleaning supplies available for your use during your stay!

First time visiting and we loved Elk Rapids. The house was just what we needed and perfect location to downtown, park, and lake. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a great time in Elk Rapids. Miriah gave us lots of tips on places to eat and things to do. Just a short drive to so many interesting places. Town is very dog friendly and our Sadie loved it. Neighbors are very nice and friendly. Can't wait to visit again!
