I felt like I was in paradise and safe to walk on the road to the main swimming beach.
The lock on the door needs to be easier to turn.

The place was nice but they could share the live coordinate of the place to prevent not finding the place. If they could extend their check out time to 10 atleast

The braai tongs were absolutely terrible. Please invest in a better quality.
Providing only one toilet roll is absolutely petty. For one person at least two rolls will suffice. It's not as if it's a huge amount to spend.

The cleanliness of the property
The bed was too soft, very uncomfortable. Has terrible 2 nights of sleep. Whe we tried to bath, water was ice cold, couldn’t locate the DB board to check if gyser power was down. Messaged just property on their business WhatsApp number Friday 7pm, no one answered. Till today nobody responded.
Hates the fact that I paid 1700rands for 2 nights to be told I must clean my room or else I will be fined… how is this a thing in this day and age? Why aren’t you including cleaning fees???
As for the pool… it was closed with chevron around it, so no go and we were actually looking forward to it.
You do a “great job” with rules / t&c’s all over the house but it would be great if you have pamphlets of things to do in the area, attractions and restaurants list
