The place was neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable.The location is very near to many amenities.

The apartment needs an upgrade and some tlc. Some throws had cigarette burns in them, and the frying pan is in need of replacement. There are too few utensils and no drying rack. Only 1 dish cloth was provided, and towels were not renewed. The deck chairs were broken and had no cushions. The tumble dryer did not work very well. The kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery need to be replenished. The bathroom toilets are not designed properly, with the sink being too close or the toilet roll holder in the way. The shower curtain needs replacing, and some light fixtures need replacing as well. The parking is cramped and not private as the gate is used as a thoroughfare for other residents. There is a huge pothole in the parking area which can cause damage to vehicles. Some tenants were very rowdy even after 22h00. The advert displays the apartment under another name. The keys being picked up very far away from the actual residence was highly inconvenient and bothersome.

Everything, it is spacious, clean, relaxing, breathtaking views. It’s just a perfect property for a getaway

Massive pothole in driveway at parking entrance be careful as its very deep will certainly damage you vehicle Leave your trailer at home no space for it and no space to turn around with a trailer No one meets you at the property you have to drive from manaba through margate past the pier to collect your keys and when you leave same thing Apartment is tiny especially the bathroom
