* Great location.
* The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They showed us around, explained everything and even took some time to chat with us.
* The room had everything we needed.
* There were only a few people per room, which was convenient and meant there were enough bathrooms for the number of guests.
* Overall, everything was good and the stay was worth the price.
* During our stay, the washing machine door got locked after a group of girls finished their laundry and wouldn’t open. Judging by the owner’s reaction, this seems to happen occasionally and you just need to wait for it to unlock.
* Early in the morning, all the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper, so we had to use our own tissues.

Very nice private room, friendly owner, kitchen with washing machine. The best were the three bathrooms with showers! I felt very safe and welcome.

Pleasant and really appreciated the small kitchen facilities. Welcoming
The noise in the street during the night due to road work was so loud that prevented us to sleep.

Convenient location
Kitchenware and kitchen was wet and dirty
Very noisy, floor above was very loud and doors block no noise
There is a clothes machine but it is quite expensive
