Great location, feels like you came to your grandma in countryside for summer. Nice garden with flowers, birds songs, and chairs for sunbathing. Free access to the beach (in a cold water season only). Free towel. Close to the station. Access to the kitchen
My cheese was stolen from the fridge (I don’t blame the place, just keep in mind that it can happen anywhere)
I would recommend to improve cleaning. It was a lot of hair on the bed when I arrived. And if you want us to make our bed, make sure the blanket is clean and don’t have a yellow spots
Electric stove takes ages to warm up.

The location is very good. Very close to the train station and a short walk to the main beach.
The kitchen is very minimal and not really suitable to cooking much of a meal. You could heat up some food and make a salad, perhaps.

Easy going place with private parking. Walking distance to pretty much anything worthwile in the town.
Rather a low budget place, for the price I was getting higher standard even in Norway.
