Super poloha apartmánu, parkování v podzemních garážích, krásný výhled na Lipno, nedaleko pláže. Velikost apartmánu včetně terasy směrem k Lipnu, přístup do objektu i do pokoje přes PIN - není nutné řešit klíče. Na terase bazén + lehátka. V budově krásný chládek i v teplém počasí i bez klimatizace. Kávovar včetně kapslí k dispozici.
Vzhledem k velikosti kuchyně velmi málo nádobí. Dvouplotýnka je hodně malá pokud chcete použít pánev a hrnec současně. Místo prázdných skříněk by se hodila trouba.
