The apartment was well designed and the view of the lake was stunning. The facilities are good, everything was comfortable and spacious.
The stuff wasn't responsive and didn't seem keen to help us with anything really. We had some difficulties connecting to the WiFi and eventually went back to the reception at the Element Hotel fir answers, there we had a better experience. I would suggest if check-in is made at the Element Hotel, all information should be given to the guests at the time of check-in because the help-book at the apartment wasn't updated.
