About this cottage rental
This small 1 bedroom home with its outdoor amenities is the perfect combination for simple relaxation, quietness, and rejuvenation. Located in a wonderful 55 and older community (at least one guest must be 55 years or older), there is virtually no noise from traffic or neighbors, although you may be greeted by various small wildlife creatures. Enjoy the beautiful national parks by day, and relax in your own natural surroundings at night.
The casita offers a large kitchen area, wine cooler, washer/dryer, bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, small sitting area with a gas fireplace and views outside, and a small bedroom with a large walk-in closet.
The back yard area includes a built-in gas barbecue, 2 burner stove-top, table, gorgeous fireplace, and nice round fire-pit right on the edge of the river's vegetation. The river water itself is not visible, but the vegetation and wildlife it sustains are just a few feet from the firepit.

Spending a month in St. George was incredible. The best part of the month was the great casita. We thought we would go out a lot for dinner, but the view and patio were so inviting, we stayed in most nights. It was easy, as the kitchen was so well stocked....it was like being in our own home. Trudy and Byron were very responsive and we would definitely stay there again!

This was a wonderful and very enjoyable stay at the Casita. Once the bedroom is added on it’ll be the perfect retreat. Beautiful views every day. The outdoor patio is awesome.Owners were great!
