About this house rental
ACCOMMODATIONS: Come enjoy quiet and simple accommodations in our comfortable on-property "recreational facility" while you spend the day exploring all the sites and events in Southern Utah. You are renting a nice upscale 2-room, 36ft RV trailer.
You'll enjoy a nice home-base with private parking and private space while you focus on your activities.
CLEAN & COMFORTABLE. Our Vita Escape Vacations RV features a private master sleeping room with a queen bed, an open living area with a kitchenette, couch, dinette, plus a private bunk room in the back.
GUESTS: We can accommodate up to 4 individuals, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children or other combinations.
MIN/MAX STAY: We have a 2-night min and 7 night maximum stay. If you book more than 7 nights, we reserve the right to cancel, amend or accept the booking.
NEARBY AMENITIES: There is a park 1 block away with tennis and basketball courts, picnic pavilions, splash pad, children's playground, frisbee golf course, and trails to the river for skim-boarding or river floating. Grocery and restaurants are nearby as well.
THE BEST OF ST. GEORGE. Our location provides quick access to hiking and biking trails, several golf courses, Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake state parks, and of course just 60 minutes to Zions National Park, and 2 hours to Lake Powell or the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Even Vegas is only 90 minutes away for an easy day trip.
Pets are generally not allowed.

Travis and Brenda's Trailer exceeding all my needs and desires for a fabulous Spring Break getaway with my 3 children. The trailer was clean, super cozy ,and very comfortable. Thank you is not enough for the warm welcome, stay and great hosting I received fromTravis and Brenda. I truly hope to be back in the fall!

We had an excellent stay at this location. It’s close to everything we needed to make our spring break comfortable. The host was readily available and anticipated our needs. The RV has everything you can think of plus extras. It’s surprisingly spacious and we will stay there again.

Our stay at Comfy Stayca was a total pleasure. The RV was positioned off the street behind a metal gate. Access for coming and going was easy. We had a private lovely outdoor patio sheltered from sun and wind which worked great for meals and just hanging out. The RV was well stocked with heaters and AC for climate control, included everything needed for the kitchen and bath, had great Wifi for trip planning, and had everything for comfortable sleeping. The hosts were great. They contacted us and guided us to the location and were flexible about arrival. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and checked in to make sure everything was ok. They even treated us to fresh eggs from their chickens. It was a great addition to our hiking trip. We would stay there again.
