About this apartment rental
The apartment is just renewed. A beautiful place sourronded by great gardens constitute this condo. The apartment is in the middle of a tropical garden. It is designed and decorated by ourselves, taking care of every detail. We call it an oasis because it has the best location inside the city but once you are inside you feel like you are miles away. Enjoy this peaceful place and the life outside. At a waking distance you may find the best restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, the beach and much more. At only 5 minutes driving from the airport and 7 from down town. Just outside the condo you can catch a cab or Uber or take a bus to go downtown or the Marina. La Isla, shopping center is just across the street from Marbella, thre you’ll great stores and very good restaurants as well as a VIP movie theatre. On the closest beach you may find attractions like kayaks, paddle boarding, parachute, massages on th beach, etc.

The condo is a nice 2-BR unit with excellent A/C and ceiling fans. Furniture was adequate and kitchen was equipped with sufficient pots, pans, dishes to work with. Pool was wonderful being about 4 feet deep - great for swimming or just standing in. Security for the entire project was good with front gate guards and roaming patrols - Really felt safe. Bathroom was only downside to the unit because shower was very difficult to enter. The steps into the shower would be almost impossible for anyone with disabilities to use. The up side was that hot water was plentiful. All things considered; A very nice unit to rent and we will return again soon!

This is a wonderful property... lots of beautiful vegetation which keeps it cool. We never even used the ac. There's also some interesting animals and the pool is great for swimming and sunning. We will return!

The place was wonderful. We could walk to get whatever we needed and many options to eat withing walking distance too. Short cab rides to all of the major locations. We would definitely book this location again. Thank you Veronica and Oscar ☺️
