Upon arrival to the gated condo community, park your cars in the private, 2-car garage directly below the unit.
Once you step inside, you'll find it easy to make yourself at home in the 1,440-square-foot condo, boasting modern amenities, hardwood floors, new carpet and inviting decor.
Spend lazy mornings lounging on the comfortable couches or chair in the living area and watching TV while the chef of the group whips up a tasty breakfast for the whole group in the fully equipped kitchen. Cable and Netflix are included!
Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space make the kitchen a chef's dream. Proudly serve your home-cooked masterpiece at the kitchen bar with seating for 3, or at the dining table with seating for 4.
When the weather is nice, bring the party to the outside patio, where you can fire up the gas grill for a cookout. On Saturday nights, head upstairs to the upper balcony and watch the fireworks from the Redbirds baseball game before heading to bed.
After the fireworks show, retreat to one of the 2 inviting bedrooms, which both feature their own full bathroom. Rest your head in the master bedroom's king bed or the second bedroom's queen bed. Additional sleeping can be found on the queen pullout bed in the living area.

Jason is AWESOME!!!!! I had to reach out and he responded in less than 5min. The check-in process was superb! All Ts were crossed and all Is were dotted. He has clear instructions written out and posted. The property is EXACTLY as pictired online. All necessary supplies were supplied with plenty of extras. I LOVE the balcony and front porch! If you're wanting to sit out there, just bring a chair. I brought a beach chair and it was perfect. Also, Jason can't help this but the MOSQUITOES are vicious. I brought OFF spray and was fine. The dog park located right next to the unit is excellent as well. Its very clean and well-kept. I really enjoyed the property and my stay in Memphis. I'll definitely be back and will book this property again. Thanks Jason! If you're thinking about staying, don't think twice. Its a great property. O! The steps are a bit steep, so if you have mobility issues, this may not be a great choice for you. Other than that, its great!
