About this apartment rental
Our "Mouette" studio is located in a private 3-hectare vacation residence with ocean views on the northern cliff of Wimereux. Thanks to its exceptional location, the residence is quiet and features private parking. Wi-Fi internet access is included in the rental price. New kitchen installed in February 2023. A 10-minute walk from the golf course, downtown, and the beaches. One small pet is allowed for an additional fee of €18.
Rental periods:
- Weekends: Friday afternoon through Sunday evening (2 nights)
- Weekdays: minimum 3 nights
- School breaks: rentals only from Saturday to Saturday; Ascension Day from Wednesday to Sunday; and Pentecost from Friday to Monday.
From November through April, electricity is billed based on your usage. You will receive a statement from EDF with the exact cost, which will be deducted from your security deposit. For your information, in January 2023, the average cost per kWh (day/night) is 0.30 kWh.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Propreté, couchage, équipements ect... Tout était parfait.

L'annonce reflète parfaitement la réalité, un studio très propre et superbement aménagé . De plus il y a une connexion internet en Wi-Fi . Excellente location pour passer les vacances très agréable. La résidence est entourée de verdure. La plage est accessible a pied et il y a beaucoup d'endroit pour visiter. La petite chambre est très conviviale et le propriétaire prend soin de ses studios. Le chien aussi était bienvenu.Merci beaucoup pour les belles journées, que nous avons passées à la Naturelle: nous reviendrons.
