Ein sehr schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht und großer Terasse. Wir heben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe und Abnahme verliefen reibungslos. Wir kommen wieder

Tolle ruhige Lage. Gute Aufteilung der Zimmer. Der Ausblick vom Balkon. Der Parkplatz zur Wohnung (nur etwas eng). Nah am Einkaufsmarkt.
Weitere Wege bis zum Stand zu laufen. Fenster nicht kippbar, Steckdose Schlafzimmer hing aus der Wand. Vorhang Wohnzimmer verschmutzt. Crouch fleckig.

Très bien situé, l’appartement offre une vue imprenable depuis la terrasse, dont on ne se lasse pas. Il est agréable, spacieux et parfait pour profiter pleinement du séjour.
Certains points sont toutefois à améliorer. Nous nous étions déjà rendus au même endroit en octobre 2025. Les rideaux manquent de crochets ou sont cassés, et l’on remarque des trous dus à leur vétusté. Le confort du divan bleu pourrait également être amélioré, d’autant plus qu’un accoudoir est cassé. Le bras télescopique de la télévision est lui aussi abîmé et difficile à orienter.

Espace de vitres bien kitchenette petite mais bien équipé. Terrasse table extérieur difficile d’accès et très abîmé. Literie de la seconde chambre à remplacer d’urgence le matelas est très très inconfortable.
