Ausgezeichnete Lage. Sehr nette Concierges!
Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Geschirr im Überfluss. Gut funktionierender Aufzug. In ein paar Minuten am Strand. Man kann mit nassem Badezeug zurück gehen.

La situation exceptionnelle, la vue incroyable. Le duplex et les 2 salles d'eau. Les infos et la disponibilité du concierge. 👍

De ligging en het uitzicht
De inrichting is erg out datet. Slechte bedden, niet schoon, en regelmatig een rioollucht. Een paar strandstoelen zouden geen overbodige luxe zijn.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel : superbe vue mer, possibilité de se garer dans un garage privatif dans la résidence, possibilité d'aller à la mer ou faire les courses à pied, très bien situé dans la ville
La douche du niveau bas est à refaire complètement car en très mauvais état. Pour cuisiner des poêles sont à changer car soit bombées et ne reposent pas complètement sur la plaque de cuisson, soit revêtement intérieur très dégradé
