Booked this place, came around 21:00, hardly found access to it through backyard (gates were closed), did not find anyone in the building. Called, knocked various doors, but nobody answered... The only sign of someone being there was loud islamic music coming from one of the rooms... otherwise it felt like an abandoned motel in the middle of nowhere, I did not feel secure there to be honest. Since I could not find any staff and there was no information left for me I left the place and stayed somewhere else. Unfortunately payed upfront, so lost 60€. NOT recommended at all.

So Sad

I got held up in the UK, so I was unable to make the reservation on the 25th September. They where unable to change my booking for the next day so they got paid for doing nothing, so sad.

no meet and greet, we did not see any one at all, the key lock code was wrong, I had to go to a neighbour to get help to get in, the room was clean, but that is the only good thing! The breakfast was a at 9.00 am, which was no good for us as we had to get the Shuttle early, so the breakfast was missing. There was a kettle, to make a cup of tea! I could go on but I think, that is enough, to go on with.

Too close to the autoroute so only stay there if you are willing to endure the noise.

The pastries served at breakfast were the best we had during our 2 week holiday in France.

We had a family room on the top floor which was quite basic and disappointing. The radiator was hanging off the wall and the noise from the autoroute was excessive. A fridge was provided but didn't work properly.

L’emplacement et le lit

Pas de serviettes comme annoncés dans l’annonce, du jambon moisi retrouvé dans le placard de la salle de bain et une personne de l’hébergement a essayer de rentrer a 21h30 dans le logement pour venir chercher la télécommande du chauffage qui alimente également le chauffage de la chambre a côté !! heureusement on avait bloqué la porte il ne pouvait pas rentrer... en prime, pas d’électricité a partir de 6h du matin

Coupure électrique intempestifs le soir très désagréable en rentrant du travail,pas de frigo ni micro ondes juste une plaque électrique après réclamation au propriétaire pour un geste commercial pour les désagrément aucune nouvelle

A l'exception de la literie, RIEN

Les extérieurs, la chambre très très très petite avec le lit collé à la cloison. Un lave-main en guise de lavabo, pas de poubelle et des prises défaillantes. On avait l'option petit déjeuner à 08h00, à 07h45 il n'y avait pas âme qui vive à l'accueil. Avant la réservation je n'avais pas lu les commentaires qui vont tous dans le même sens. Pourquoi Booking continue t il de référencer cet hôtel ?

Pas de TV ni de telecommande pour la.climatisation. nous avons payé 2 chambres et nous en avons eu que 1 chambre et les enfants on dormi sur le canapé lit et nous n’avons même pas était remboursé ou dédommagé de la.gene.

Grosse déception

Petit déjeuné correct et accueil souriant.

Rien à voir avec la description de l'annonce, nous avons eu une chambre avec trois lits au lieu d'un salon une chambre et une cuisine. Dans l'annonce on nous montre aussi pleins de photos ce qui laisse penser que l'endroit est vraiment bien mais lorsque vous arrivez sur place on est tombé de haut. N'ayant pas vu ma femme depuis longtemps aucune intimité possible alors que c'était le but de la location, Donc très grosse déception. De plus, la location était prévue pour arriver entre 15h et minuit sans plus de précisions...une fois sur place (à 15h30) pas de clé, on a dû appeler un numéro pour qu'il nous dise "je vous rappelle dans 5 minutes pour savoir qui vous êtes" après on nous a dit "je vous envoie quelqu'un" la personne en question est arrivé assé rapidement mais nous a dit qu'on était en avance. A priori elle n'était pas au courant de l'heure. Enfin nous découvrons la fameuse chambre que l'on a payé 110 euros avec petit déjeuné. La chambre est au second, mal isolée, il fait chaud, on entend la route, mal nettoyée, il y avait une cuisine au rez-de-chaussé à partager avec d'autres habitants (ce qui n'étais pas précisé dans l'annonce).
