UHC Cancun Apartments

Modern decor Private pool Air-conditioned (fantastic)

A little closer to the main coastal strip would have been better

The apartment itself was in the perfect location. Close to all shops, beach, restaurants. The room was spotless

I specifically messaged before we booked the apartment to query about the pool and if it was opened during our stay as we always use the pool on previous holidays. We were told the pool was opened during our stay there and so we booked it. On arrival, the pool was unused and dirty. It was not being maintained at all. There was no information about WiFi and how to obtain WiFi passwords. There was no charging facilities outdoors for mobility scooter to be plugged in and charged. We could have used some more information about access to back of the apartment block. There was no information given to us about how to use air conditioning unit. A welcome booklet would maybe be of some use including how to get WiFi, how to use TV, a taxi company phone number, where the bins are located, where and how to charge mobility aids.
