En la recepción del apartamento no nos quisieron guardar la maleta en nuestro último día, hasta que cogiamos el autobús de vuelta.

No spare bed linen provided to change beds throughout the week. No shower mats supplied, which makes the shower very slippery and unsafe. The listing/photos suggest a bath is available, but there is none. Furniture and cabinets are not secured to the walls, this is a serious safety hazard, especially with young children. Check in was 4pm subject to availability you could collect the keys earlier. When emailed I had landed I never received an email back so had to collect at 4pm and wait around. Pick up of keys is 20minute walk from accommodation No WiFi from the Friday I arrived to Wednesday. Emailed and texted with no help until I said I would be seeking compensation for them not providing a service as described on the booking. On one occasion there was someone in our apartment without our knowledge which was completely unacceptable considering we had two small kids and personal belongings around the apartment. Bits of wiring was left in the apartment in reach of our children and the hole left visible in the ceiling
