The bed was soft.

Breakfast was basic. I didn't like the housekeeper not refreshing our room. Housekeeping was every three days. Housekeeper put a do not disturb on our door.

Room size too small, bed not comfortable.

The room was clean and nice.

When I arrived, I told the person at the front desk I had a reservation. He said he could not find my reservation.. I told him I booked with booking.com and I had a confirmation number. I showed him the confirmation number. He said that’s not our confirmation number. Our confirmation number starts with 88. I said well what can you use this confirmation number for since they gave it to me. So since he said he couldn’t find the reservation I asked did he have any more rooms available when he said no I said so you can’t find the reservation he says no again I said OK. Well, give me my ID so I can go to another hotel and try to get a hotel room because I’m trying to make it to a wedding and we don’t have that much time to get there. When I say that, then he says oh, I found your reservation, you booked it under booking.com. That’s why I couldn’t find it.. he said when you walked in, you shouldn’t have said you have a reservation you should have said you booked with booking.com. I told him that’s crazy. That’s really strange because I never had to say that in any hotel before I just walked in to say I have a reservation and they find my name where they find the reservation. I told him if that’s what a customer have to say you should have that posted up in the lobby somewhere where I can read that and tell you exactly what you need to hear other than that. How would I know that I need to say I have a reservation with booking.com. That was so crazy. I ended up missing the first half of the wedding so I didn’t get to see my cousin say her vowels to her husband.. when he gave us the key and we got up to the room. The key did not work. It did not open the door so we had to go back downstairs to get him to redo the key.. we missed the whole complete first part of the wedding. He was a chubby black guy who didn’t seem to be that smart..

Most staff was friendly, it was clean and very comfortable

I had to deal with a very rude staff because she assumed something before checking it out first
